Our Love  Story

It all began with a simple swipe right on Bumble dating app in December 2022. Joey and Tin’s first meeting came in February 2023 at St. Luke’s Hospital, where Joey stood by Tin’s side during a difficult time.

Life’s responsibilities soon carried them in different directions — Joey returned to the sea as a seafarer, while Tin focused on her corporate career and master’s degree. For a time, they lost touch. But love has a way of finding its course.


In March 2024, Joey’s birthday greeting to Tin in Instagram story post rekindled their connection, and from that moment, their story love blossomed. Despite the challenges of distance, they chose each other every day, weathering storms with resilience and faith.

On January 2026, Joey asked Tin to be his forever, amidst the radiant blooms of Zhongshe Flower Market in Taichung, Taiwan.


Their love is not only built on chance, but on choice — a daily commitment to honor, cherish, and grow together. With God as the Architect of their love, the Compass of their journey, and the Foundation on which they stand, Joey and Tin now joyfully invite you to witness the beginning of their forever.

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 PM

(not Filipino time 😊),

so please arrive at the venue by 2:30 PM to avoid any inconvenience during the processional.

  • RSVP

    As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests. Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Guests not found on the guest list provided will not be allowed to enter. 



    The favor of a reply is required on or before October 18, 2026.

  • Is there parking space available for my car?

    Unfortunately, parking space in our church venue is limited. We encourage attendees to arrive earlier before ceremony starts by 3pm. Parking space will be on the vacant lot besides 7/11 store nearby the church venue.

    Hence, a wider parking space will be available in our reception venue.

  • When is the appropriate time to leave?

    This event took us months to plan, and we want to celebrate it with the people that are very dear to our hearts. We want you to have fun! Celebrate with us until the end of the program!

  • How can I help the couple have a great time during their wedding?

    • Pray with us for favorable weather and the continuous blessings of our Lord as we enter this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife.
    • RSVP as soon as your schedule is cleared.
    • Dress appropriately and follow our wedding motif.
    • Be on time.
    • Follow the seating arrangement in the reception.
    • Stay until the end of the program.
    • Join the activities and enjoy!

  • May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?

    Due to space and seating constraints, we kindly ask for your understanding that only the people listed in the invitation will be present. To ensures that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

  • Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

    Please don't. It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference, but there is no need to worry! You'll surely be seated with your friends or people that you have same interest with.


    Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.

  • Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

    We request everyone to keep the ceremony camera-free. While our I Do’s are unplugged, our reception is not and definitely as a couple who loves pictures, you’ll get tons of options to take your pictures. We prepared for this event wholeheartedly.

  • Adult-Only Event

    We’re keeping our wedding a mostly adults - only events to allow everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening.

    The only children attending will be those on our wedding entourage.

  • Privacy Note

    Our wedding is a private and small ceremony reserved for our dearest and closest loved ones. We kindly ask that you refrain from sharing all the details with other.
