Our Love  Story

Ervin and Venus were each other’s first love, meeting as high school sweethearts and sharing a young romance filled with dreams, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Like many love stories, life eventually led them in different directions, and they parted ways, each embarking on separate journeys and building lives of their own. 


Though years passed and distance kept them apart, some connections are simply meant to endure. After ten years, fate gently guided their paths back to one another. What began as a youthful love was rekindled into something even more beautiful—a love strengthened by time, shaped by life’s experiences, and grounded in a deeper understanding of one another. 


For the past seven years, they have continued to grow together, creating beautiful memories and overcoming life’s challenges hand in hand. 


And this time, they stand before each other not only as former sweethearts reunited, but as two souls who have chosen each other through every season of life. Their story is a testament to the power of true love—that even when time, distance and challenges intervene, what is meant to be will always find its way. 


As they begin this new chapter as husband and wife, Ervin and Venus promise to continue choosing one another every day, through every joy and every challenge, for the rest of their lives and until forever.

Premises Rules

  • Free parking inside Caleruega and designated parking areas outside Caleruega.
  • Caleruega Philippines is a smoke-free environment. Any form of cigarette smoking is not allowed.
  • Observe cleanliness all the time. We have provided color-coded trash bins for proper disposal of your rubbish.
  • Our garden is sacred. We try our best to maintain it well. Please, no picking of flowers and plants. Fine will be imposed for violators.
  • Pets are welcome in the garden if they are friendly and wear diapers. Any damage or littering they may have caused is the owner's responsibility. We do not allow them inside the chapel or the halls for the receptions.
  • Observe proper genuflection in front of the Blessed Sacrament, standing up during the proclamation of the Gospel and kneeling during the consecration.
  • Guests who are non-Catholics and are inside our chapel for the wedding mass are expected to observe respect and proper etiquette. While we understand that they may not want to kneel during the consecration, we request them to stand up but not remain seated.
  • The use of gadgets and cell phones throughout the wedding mass is strictly discouraged.

    As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests. Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Guests not found on the guest list provided will not be allowed to enter. 



    The favor of a reply is required on or before September 1, 2026.

  • Is there parking space available for my car?

    Yes, there is parking available for everyone at the venue. However, please take note that it is first come, first served basis, so you might not want to be late.

  • I said "NO" to the RSVP but I had a change of plans-I can attend now! What should I do?

    • Please check with us first. Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list.


    • Kindly inform us if your schedule clears up, so we can try to accommodate you.


    • If seats become available, we will let you know as soon as possible.


    • Please do not attend unannounced, as we may not have any available seats for you.

  • When is the appropriate time to leave?

    This event took us months to plan, and we want to celebrate it with the people that are very dear to our hearts. We want you to have fun! Celebrate with us until the end of the program!

  • How can I help the couple have a great time during their wedding?

    • Pray with us for favorable weather and the continuous blessings of our Lord as we enter this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife.
    • RSVP as soon as your schedule is cleared.
    • Dress appropriately and follow our wedding motif.
    • Be on time.
    • Follow the seating arrangement in the reception.
    • Stay until the end of the program.
    • Join the activities and enjoy!

  • May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?

    As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests.


    Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Kindly check our invitation to know the number of seats allotted for you. Guests not found on the guest list provided will not be allowed to enter.

  • What if I RSVP'd but cannot attend?

    We would love to have you at our wedding, but we understand that there are circumstances beyond our control. However, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your seat/s.

  • Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

    Please don't. It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference, but there is no need to worry! You'll surely be seated with your friends or people that you have same interest with.


    Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.

  • Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

    We request everyone to keep the ceremony camera-free. While our I Do’s are unplugged, our reception is not and definitely as a couple who loves pictures, you’ll get tons of options to take your pictures. We prepared for this event wholeheartedly.

  • Do we really need to RSVP? We already said "YES" to the couple.

    Yes, please. We will be needing your formal RSVP to consolidate guest details and finalize the headcount for catering and seating purposes.

  • Is accommodation provided for guests?

    We are delighted to celebrate our special day with you. 


    While we would love to host everyone, please note that accommodation will not be provided for guests. We kindly encourage everyone to make their own lodging arrangements in advance, if needed. 

    For your convenience, we recommend booking accommodations near the ceremony and reception venue.
