Our Love Story

The Love Story of JD & Tine 💍


Our story began during an unexpected time—the pandemic in April 2020, on Easter Sunday. While our friends were enjoying an outing at Puro Beach, I posted a story on my Facebook account. That simple post became the beginning of something beautiful when Cristine replied to my story.


What started as a simple conversation soon turned into long chats filled with laughter, stories, and getting to know each other better. Little by little, our connection grew stronger, and every message felt special.


From April to July 2020, I sincerely courted Cristine. Those months were filled with effort, patience, and meaningful conversations. Then on a very special day—August 4, 2020, during Cristine’s birthday celebration—she gave me the most beautiful answer and said “Yes” to becoming my girlfriend.


Our first meeting happened at Cristine’s house when I visited her. It was a simple but unforgettable moment. Seeing each other in person for the first time made everything feel real—the smiles, the laughter, and the happiness of finally being together.


In 2023, Cristine returned to Manila to work, and our relationship entered a new chapter. For the past three years, we have been in a long-distance relationship. Despite the distance, our love continued to grow stronger. Through calls, messages, trust, patience, and faith, we proved that true love can overcome any distance.


Then came another unforgettable moment in our journey. On May 1, 2025, during a beautiful staycation at Azure, I asked Cristine the most important question of my life. With a heart full of love and hope, I proposed to her—and she said YES.


From a simple Facebook reply during the pandemic to a love that endured distance and time, our story is a reminder that the best things in life often begin in the most unexpected ways.



And now, we look forward to the next chapter of our lives—walking hand in hand, forever. ❤️

    We are so excited to celebrate our wedding day with you! To ensure an intimate and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have reserved seating for each guest individually. We kindly ask that each invitation is for ONE (1) PERSON ONLY.


    Please RSVP by April 16, 2026 to confirm your attendance.


    We can’t wait to share this unforgettable day with you!

  • Is there parking space available for my car?

    There is no parking space available at the venue. We kindly encourage guests to arrange alternative transportation and plan to arrive on time.

  • May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?

    As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests.


    Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Kindly check our invitation to know the number of seats allotted for you. Guests not found on the guestlist provided will not be allowed to enter.

  • May I bring kids to the wedding?

    As much as we love children, we have a limited guest list. Only children who are part of the entourage may attend.

  • What if I RSVP'd but cannot attend?

    We would love to have you at our wedding, but we understand that there are circumstances beyond our control. However, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your seat/s.

  • Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

    Please don't. It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference, but there is no need to worry! You'll surely be seated with your friends or people that you have same interest with.


    Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.

  • Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

    We request everyone to keep the ceremony camera-free. While our I Do’s are unplugged, our reception is not and definitely as a couple who loves pictures, you’ll get tons of options to take your pictures. We prepared for this event wholeheartedly.

  • Do we really need to RSVP? We already said "YES" to the couple.

    Yes, please. We will be needing your formal RSVP to consolidate guest details and finalize the headcount for catering and seating purposes.
