Our Love  Story

Their story began at Universidad de Sta. Isabel, where Kim first noticed Kat from afar—drawn to her calm presence and quiet charm. At the time, Kim was a working student in the university’s science laboratory, while Kat was a nursing student who would later pursue teacher education. Though they shared the same campus, their paths slowly led them to each other.


In 2016, during the Grand Acquaintance Party at Universidad de Sta. Isabel, Kim was crowned Mr. Headturner, and it was the moment Kat truly noticed him. Soon after, they were introduced—but it was a simple moment online that truly changed everything.


One day, Kim playfully flooded Kat’s old photos with likes, one after another. Kat noticed the sudden stream of notifications, took a screenshot, and sent it to him with a simple “thank you.” That small and unexpected exchange became the start of their conversations—the beginning of laughter, connection, and something deeper that would grow over time.


As their bond deepened, they found ways to be together despite busy schedules—waiting for each other after classes and duties, and making time for simple weekend dates. On May 8, 2016, they became a couple—each other’s first love. With no past experiences, they learned everything together: trust, respect, and understanding.


Their journey was not always easy. They faced misunderstandings, distance, and challenges, but chose to grow through communication, patience, and faith. Kim expressed his love through actions and consistency, eventually becoming not only someone Kat loved, but someone her family warmly embraced.


On January 10, 2024, Kim asked Kat to spend forever with him, and she said yes. A month later, he went to Vietnam to pursue his teaching career—testing their relationship, but ultimately strengthening it.


They were civilly married on May 8, 2025, exactly nine years after becoming a couple. And on their wedding day, they celebrate not only their union, but also a decade of love—ten years of choosing each other through every season.


Their story is not a fairy tale, but a real love story—first and only, tested by time, strengthened by faith, and grounded in commitment. As they begin this new chapter, they invite you to celebrate a love that started with a simple notification—and continues to grow each day.

  • RSVP

    As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests. Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Guests not found on the guest list provided will not be allowed to enter. 



    The favor of a reply is required on or before April 17, 2026.

  • Is there parking space available for my car?

    Yes, there is parking available for everyone at the venue. However, please take note that it is first come, first served basis, so you might not want to be late.

  • I said "NO" to the RSVP but I had a change of plans-I can attend now! What should I do?

    • Please check with us first. Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list.


    • Kindly inform us if your schedule clears up, so we can try to accommodate you.


    • If seats become available, we will let you know as soon as possible.


    • Please do not attend unannounced, as we may not have any available seats for you.

  • When is the appropriate time to leave?

    This event took us months to plan, and we want to celebrate it with the people that are very dear to our hearts. We want you to have fun! Celebrate with us until the end of the program!

  • How can I help the couple have a great time during their wedding?

    • Pray with us for favorable weather and the continuous blessings of our Lord as we enter this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife.
    • RSVP as soon as your schedule is cleared.
    • Dress appropriately and follow our wedding motif.
    • Be on time.
    • Follow the seating arrangement in the reception.
    • Stay until the end of the program.
    • Join the activities and enjoy!

  • May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?

    As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests.


    Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Kindly check our invitation to know the number of seats allotted for you. Guests not found on the guest list provided will not be allowed to enter.

  • What if I RSVP'd but cannot attend?

    We would love to have you at our wedding, but we understand that there are circumstances beyond our control. However, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your seat/s.

  • Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

    Please don't. It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference, but there is no need to worry! You'll surely be seated with your friends or people that you have same interest with.


    Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.

  • Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

    We request everyone to keep the ceremony camera-free. While our I Do’s are unplugged, our reception is not and definitely as a couple who loves pictures, you’ll get tons of options to take your pictures. We prepared for this event wholeheartedly.

  • Do we really need to RSVP? We already said "YES" to the couple.

    Yes, please. We will be needing your formal RSVP to consolidate guest details and finalize the headcount for catering and seating purposes.
