Our Love  Story

Matt and Jess first crossed paths in college, brought together by their respective student organizations. What began as friendly hallway greetings quickly deepened as they shared hours working in the student office. The real surprise came weeks into chatting, when they discovered they lived in the exact same dormitory. From that moment on, their evenings were filled with hallway study sessions and late-night conversations that lasted long after the books were closed.


Feelings shifted into something more one evening when Jess, exhausted from her internship and classes, drifted off to sleep right next to Matt. In that quiet moment, a beautiful romance blossomed.


Their bond faced its first true test when the pandemic struck right before Jess could take her Medical Technologist Licensure Exam. Separated by strict lockdowns, they kept their spark alive through screens and video calls. Years later, as both were working as medical laboratory scientists, Matt took the leap into medical school. Their long-distance journey reached a global scale two years ago when Matt and his family immigrated to the United States.


Distance tried to pull them apart, but their commitment only grew stronger. Now, almost nine years since it all began, Matt and Jess are ready to close the distance forever, fully commit to one another, and begin building their lifetime together.

Adult Only Event

With the exception of the wedding party, we have decided to make our wedding mostly an adult-only occasion. Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that children are invited only if named. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day.

  • RSVP

    As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests. Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Guests not found on the guest list provided will not be allowed to enter. 


    The favor of a reply is required on or before November 12, 2026.


    If we do not receive your RSVP by the date, it will be marked as “No.” We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue & vendors within the timeframe they have given us. Thank you for understanding.

  • What time should I arrive?

    Our ceremony will begin promptly at 2 PM, so we request that guests plan to arrive about an hour earlier to account for Baguio traffic and tourists.

  • Is there parking space available for my car?

    Since there are limited parking spaces, we recommend Grab taxis are an option to get to the venue instead

  • May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?

    As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests.


    Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Kindly check our invitation to know the number of seats allotted for you. Guests not found on the guest list provided will not be allowed to enter.

  • Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

    Please don't. It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference, but there is no need to worry! You'll surely be seated with your friends or people that you have same interest with.


    Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.

  • Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

    We request everyone to keep the ceremony camera-free. While our I Do’s are unplugged, our reception is not and definitely as a couple who loves pictures, you’ll get tons of options to take your pictures. We prepared for this event wholeheartedly.
