Their Story so Far
Noime and Mervin's story began in the most unexpected of places: the workplace! Both new to their careers, they quickly became fast friends, enjoying each other's company.
For Noime, it was firmly in the "friend zone" — a boundary she made clear, time and time again! And Mervin? He faced those rejections for years, but his heart knew what it wanted. His persistence, unwavering and true, eventually won her over, leading to the sweetest "YES" of his life under the moonlight in Baler on August 10, 2019. This magical date is now the very day they've chosen to say "I do."
Fast forward to their first adventure abroad as a couple, a trip to Taiwan driven by a shared dream of seeing snow for the very first time. While Noime is busy planning their itinerary, Mervin was secretly orchestrating an even bigger surprise.
On January 20, 2024, after lighting a sky lantern filled with hopes and dreams along the historic railway of Shifen Old Street, Mervin got down on one knee. It was a moment of pure joy, sealing their commitment amidst the glow of their shared future.
Fun Fact: Mervin is truly a one-woman man – Noime is his first and only girlfriend! From the start, he knew she was the one he wanted to build a future with, pouring his heart into every step of their journey to create cherished memories and lay a beautiful foundation for their life together.
