Our Love  Story

Our love story began as workmates being project engineers from one company. We both belong to the same group, which was called Area 1, that comprises all projects based in Makati and Manila. I was a newly hired that time, and she was already a regular employee. She had a Makati project too that time, and I am the one who filled the position of one of her colleagues. Because we belong to the same group and have also projects at Makati, we basically talk more often. As a newbie, I always ask questions on how I could do this and do that, what I should do or not, and so on and so forth. I have no one to ask but her at that time. Luckily, she was very helpful in giving advice and sharing the experiences she had. She was literally my rest that time. She was my distraction from the pressure and stress from work. She was my navigator as I needed directions literally and figuratively. Her laughter, sense of humor, and very, very, very long stories that she wants to tell ever now and then made me always want to see her, talk to her, and text her. As days passed, we became inseparable, we look forward to seeing each other every day, even at home, we have constant texts. And little by little, I fell in love with her. I miss her constantly. I even smile just remembering her. Even though I knew already that I love her, I still haven't dared to tell her, to ask her, and to make it official, but God knows this very much. So he had work done using a certain workmate who had asked us what we were. And it was that very moment, I spilled out the tea. All that I am thinking and feeling about her within. I've asked her if I can court her, pause for a while, and she replied yes. It was a very special moment for us as we remembered this because we both knew that we already had feelings for each other, but no one dared to tell each other directly. After that, months have passed, and it became official.

As a couple, we share the love, joy, sorrows, pain, and laughter. Fast forward 10 years to our wedding, we will open our new chapter as husband and wife, and with God as the center of our relationship. Together, we will build our empires together. We will travel more, but now with our little ones. We will rely on each other and become each other's foundation. And lastly, we will love each other and hold each other's arms until our very last breath.
