Our Love Story

Mervin and I met in 2015 at Teleperformance. Our paths crossed in the bustling environment of the workplace, and little did we know that it was the start of a beautiful journey. In 2016, we took a brave step and introduced our relationship to both of our families. It wasn't always easy; we faced challenges along the way due to our different perspectives on life and our age difference.


Mervin is an outgoing person who loves playing online games, going for rides, visiting the beach, traveling outside the city, and partying with friends. On the other hand, I preferred staying at home, doing household chores, watching movies, and cooking. As the years went by, Mervin's hobbies evolved. He realized that staying at home could be just as fulfilling as a busy night out. He's grown to enjoy my home-cooked meals, and that's when we both started to gain a little weight together.


Our love languages are acts of service and quality time. Despite our busy work schedules, we always make sure to spend quality time together. Mervin loves that I always prepare meals for him, while I cherish how he takes care of me when I am sick. We may not travel much together, but we love trying new foods. Family occasions are significant to us; we celebrate Christmas with my family and New Year with his.


Mervin's love for my family solidified my belief that he is the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. He’s my number one fan, always celebrating my small achievements and being proud of who I have become. As we moved to different companies, our differing schedules made it challenging to see each other often. We had our fair share of fights, misunderstandings, and arguments, especially during our seventh year. But I am thankful that we surpassed the seven-year itch.


A few days after our 8th anniversary, Mervin proposed to me and expressed his desire to start a family. It was one of the happiest days of my life. 


Since then, it's been nine years of adventure—raising puppies, moving between cities, sunny days down the shore, attending the Feast of Black Nazarene, volunteering, giving gifts and food to the homeless, celebrating birthdays and holidays with our families,eating more nachos than a doctor would recommend, and lots and lots of love.


We can't wait to celebrate our love and history with all of you in April!

  • RSVP

    As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests. Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Guests not found on the guest list provided will not be allowed to enter. 



    The favor of a reply is required on or before February 28, 2025.

  • Is there parking space available for my car?

    Yes, there is parking available for everyone at the venue. However, please take note that it is first come, first served basis, so you might not want to be late.

  • I said "NO" to the RSVP but I had a change of plans-I can attend now! What should I do?

    • Please check with us first. Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list.


    • Kindly inform us if your schedule clears up, so we can try to accommodate you.


    • If seats become available, we will let you know as soon as possible.


    • Please do not attend unannounced, as we may not have any available seats for you.

  • When is the appropriate time to leave?

    This event took us months to plan, and we want to celebrate it with the people that are very dear to our hearts. We want you to have fun! Celebrate with us until the end of the program!

  • How can I help the couple have a great time during their wedding?

    • Pray with us for favorable weather and the continuous blessings of our Lord as we enter this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife.
    • RSVP as soon as your schedule is cleared.
    • Dress appropriately and follow our wedding motif.
    • Be on time.
    • Follow the seating arrangement in the reception.
    • Stay until the end of the program.
    • Join the activities and enjoy!

  • May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?

    As much as we love to invite everyone, we are only inviting you. We have chosen the people close to our hearts. We would not want anyone to lose a seat and want everyone to be able to enjoy a sumptuous meal.


    Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Kindly check our invitation to know the number of seats allotted for you. Guests not found on the guest list provided will not be allowed to enter.

  • What if I RSVP'd but cannot attend?

    We would love to have you at our wedding, but we understand that there are circumstances beyond our control. However, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your seat/s.

  • Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

    Please don't. It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference, but there is no need to worry! You'll surely be seated with your friends or people that you have same interest with.


    Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.

  • Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

    Yes, everyone is allowed to take pictures ☺

  • Do we really need to RSVP? We already said "YES" to the couple.

    Yes, please. We will be needing your formal RSVP to consolidate guest details and finalize the headcount for catering and seating purposes.
