Our Story
A love story that began in the summer of 2014, when Carl and Badette were both seventeen and their worlds collided in the most unexpected place. They first met at the gym where their mothers were enjoying their Zumba classes. What started as a chance encounter soon blossomed into a beautiful friendship.
Every day, they found themselves seeing, talking, and getting to know each other better. On April 28 of that year, Carl gathered the courage to confess his feelings for Badette. At that time, Badette couldn’t help but wonder if it was just a summer fling and didn’t take it seriously. Yet, Carl knew deep in his heart that Badette was someone extraordinary.
They grew together, maturing and becoming the best versions of themselves. They found joy in their shared passions—traveling, dining, and eventually embracing the responsibilities of being fur-parents. Their bond deepened, revealing how perfectly they complemented each other.
When they knew they were ready to settle down, Carl sought Badette’s parents' blessing and ask the help of their friends for the perfect proposal. On December 23, 2023, Carl asked Badette to marry him, and thus began the next chapter of their lives together—a lifetime filled with love, adventure, and shared dreams.
