Our Love Story

Their story began in the simplest of places—in the four corners of a classroom in Manila, where Nissan and Joy first met as classmates in 2nd year high school in 2008. Joy’s cheerful and bubbly personality quickly caught Nissan’s attention, and what started as friendship slowly grew into something more.

They became best friends, always there for each other through the years. In their final year of high school in 2010, Nissan confessed his feelings, and the two began their first chapter as a couple. However, they were still young and had much to learn, and eventually, they went their separate ways.

Years passed with no communication, until a simple Facebook friend request from Joy brought them back into each other’s lives. They reconnected, rebuilt their friendship, and by their college years, their bond grew stronger. In 2015, during their fourth year of college, Nissan tried his luck once again—and this time, Joy said yes.

From then on, they became each other’s constant. From their OJT days in Makati to graduating together and eventually working for the same company, they continued to grow and build their dreams side by side.

Through the years, they faced challenges, celebrated milestones, and weathered many storms together. Every trial only made their relationship stronger and reminded them why they chose each other in the first place.

Before their 11th anniversary, on January 18, 2026, Nissan finally asked Joy to spend forever with him.

After all the years, all the chapters, and all the second chances, they are now ready to begin their greatest journey yet: forever.

From classmates, to best friends, to soulmates, and now husband and wife.

And this time, they promise to keep choosing each other—PALAGI. 🤍

Please RSVP by November 8, 2026 to confirm your attendance.

We can’t wait to share this unforgettable day with you!

  • Is there parking space available for my car?

Yes, there is parking available for everyone at the venue. However, please take note that it is first come, first served basis, so you might not want to be late.

  • May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?

As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests.

Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Kindly check our invitation to know the number of seats allotted for you. Guests not found on the guestlist provided will not be allowed to enter.

  • May I bring kids to the wedding?

As much as we love children, we have a limited guest list. Only children who are part of the entourage may attend.

  • What if I RSVP'd but cannot attend?

We would love to have you at our wedding, but we understand that there are circumstances beyond our control. However, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your seat/s.

  • Can I sit anywhere at the reception?

Please don't. It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference, but there is no need to worry! You'll surely be seated with your friends or people that you have same interest with.

Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.

  • Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

We request everyone to keep the ceremony camera-free. While our I Do’s are unplugged, our reception is not and definitely as a couple who loves pictures, you’ll get tons of options to take your pictures. We prepared for this event wholeheartedly.

  • Do we really need to RSVP? We already said "YES" to the couple.

Yes, please. We will be needing your formal RSVP to consolidate guest details and finalize the headcount for catering and seating purposes.
